It's Saturday, Arrrrooooo!

The weather all week has been just beautiful here in the San Francisco Bay area...high 60's and low 70's...but this week-end it's going to rain and I woke up this morning with a twinge of sciatica after twisting and lifting Flynn onto my bed last night. I knew I shouldn't do it but...well it was a dumb move! I've taken some Arnica and it seems to have smoothed the edge off the pain but I have to be careful today. Ugh!
