It is illogical and unfair to target specific breeds of
dogs for the actions of their irresponsible and despicable
breeders and owners. There are currently laws in effect that
make it illegal to own vicious dogs of any breed and to
treat dogs inhumanely. If we as a society cannot enforce
the laws we currently have, how is adding new and illogical
laws going to make it better?

I didn't even know terriers were dangerous!?!?! Why is it the little guy seems to get picked on...?
